A: No, all our washing machines have low temperature and cold-wash cycles, and we always follow manufacturers' recommendations

Q: I have had horse rugs ruined in the past by other companies tumble drying them. How will you dry my rugs?
A: GHL have specially built drying rooms and do not tumble dry unless specified by a manufacturer

Q: Does my horse rug need reproofing?
A: Only you know whether your horse is dry underneath its rug. However, if you are unsure, we advise you do reproof rather than risk a leaky rug

Q: How do I know my clean horse rug won't be lost?
A: GHL has a unique tagging system for every rug serviced

Q: How long will it take?
A: Usually a week - a little longer at peak times of the year. But we offer a 24-hour service for an extra charge in winter months

Q: Do I pay a deposit?
A: No. Payment is due on completion of work by cash, credit card or cheque with guarantee card.
